Priority Review Terms
Last updated: October 4, 2026
1. Provider
Till Kemper, Blütenstraße 19a, 80799 Munich, Germany ("we"). Contact details are in the imprint.
2. Who can order
Priority review is offered only to businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB, acting in their commercial or independent professional capacity. It is not offered to consumers.
3. What priority review includes
- We review the submitted company against our listing requirements and email you our decision within one business day after your payment is received. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Bavaria.
- If we list the company, the listing is published within the same period.
- For 12 months after the listing is published, we handle requested changes to it (for example pricing, features or screenshots) within one business day of receiving them by email.
4. No entitlement to a listing, no influence on content
Paying for priority review buys a faster decision. It does not entitle you to a listing, and it does not affect where or how a company appears. Every company goes through the same check: headquarters in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, as stated in the company's own imprint, privacy policy or terms.
We decide the content of every listing. We may decline requested changes that are inaccurate, promotional, or that we cannot verify.
5. Price and payment
Priority review costs €79, paid once in advance through Stripe. As a small business under § 19 UStG, we do not charge VAT. You receive an invoice by email. The review starts once the payment has been received.
6. Refund
If we decide not to list the company, we refund the full amount to the original payment method. There is no refund once a listing has been published.
7. Removal of listings
You can ask us to remove a listing at any time. We may remove a listing if the company no longer meets the listing requirements, for example because its headquarters moved outside Europe, or if information you provided turns out to be false. No refund is due in these cases.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the damage typically foreseeable when the contract was made, and in any case to the price paid.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Munich.
